Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, your duties will include:

• Providing customer support in German, ensuring efficient and professional communication.
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues via Phone, Email, and/or Chat.
• Delivering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer.
• Following company guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and good knowledge of English.
• High School diploma (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Availability to work
  - site in Porto and in rotational shifts.
