What you will do in this role
- You are the voice of our company — the direct link to our customers.
- Support our German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Assist merchants with questions and inquiries about our products and services.
- Work on optimizing processes to increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Marketing.
- Be part of an international and multilingual team.
Your qualifications

- Are fluent in German (C1) — verbal and written.
- Have an advanced level of English (B2).
- Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient,
- oriented. - Have a high level of empathy and prioritize excellent,
- friendly service. - Can manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues.
- Have prior experience in customer support.
- Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and can handle multiple tools simultaneously.
- Have a
- solving mindset, curiosity, and persistence. - Are
- organized and able to stay calm under pressure. - Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and computers.
