If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Support Agent in Porto, Portugal you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. You'll have an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and participating in the service improvements provided to all users.
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
- You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers
- Take care of our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
- Work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase their satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing
- Be part of an international and multilingual team
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Fluent in German (C1)
- Advanced level of English (B2)
- Strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and
- oriented - High level of empathy: providing excellent,
- friendly service is your top priority - Capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues
- Prior experience in customer support
- Familiarity with omnichannel support (phone, chat,
- mail) and ability to work with multiple tools - Problem-solving mindset, curious and persistent in resolving issues
- Well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure
- Proficient in using a smartphone, tablet, and computers
