Customer Support Agent - Italian (M/F/X) Lisboa

We’re looking for motivated and
- focused individuals to join the Customer Support team of a leading home appliances brand, working from our client’s office in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional reception to customers in line with quality standards and KPIs
• Offer accurate information and effective solutions based on company procedures
• Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, balancing customer needs and business goals
• Support continuous improvement of operations by following best practices and feedback

Qualifications

• Native or C2 level Italian (spoken and written)
• B2 level English
• Excellent communication skills and
  - oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not mandatory)

Benefits

• Base Salary: €1, 000/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100/month
• Meal Allowance: €7. 23 per working day
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
• Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off per week
• Contract: 6-month renewable employment contract
• Location: Lisbon (on-site)
