We are hiring a Customer Support Agent fluent in Italian or French for our Lisbon office.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: 17th February
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide support via live chat and email; inbound calls may be included based on the project.
- Identify client issues and troubleshoot to offer effective solutions.
- Document actions and categorize cases, including identifying potential bugs.
- Stay updated on client policies, safety, and copyright guidelines.
- Resolve technical issues related to video playback, account errors, and membership problems.
- Analyze data and trends to generate insights and report on key performance indicators.
Language Requirements
Fluent in Italian or French (C2) and English (B2).
Work Schedule
Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday, with two days off (Sunday and one rotational day).
Compensation and Benefits
- Language Premium Bonus
- Transportation Bonus: €720/year
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of gross annual salary
