Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador;
• Assist viewers through phone, chat, and emails regarding various queries;
• Provide account and application support to viewers, especially regarding software functionality;
• Offer technical support, troubleshoot system configurations, and network settings;
• Provide accurate and
  - time responses to viewers' inquiries;
• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Required Skills

• Native or advanced proficiency in Italian (C2);
• Intermediate level of English (B2);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary of €1000/month;
• Performance bonus up to €100/month;
• Meal allowance of €7. 23 per day worked;
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), between 7 am and 9 pm (rotational shifts);
• Two days off per week (rotational);
• Initial contract: 6 months, renewable.
