Responsibilities:

Your role:

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to customers across European markets.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with product usage through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, SMS).
• Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Apply active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

Skills:

Your skills:

• Native or
  - native Italian skills (spoken and written);
• Good communication in English;
• Passion for customer service and helping others;
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure;
• A team player with a proactive and resilient attitude.

Benefits:

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1000€ gross per month
• Meal allowance: 7. 63€ per day
• Complexity bonus: 300€ per month
• Schedules: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (rotative shifts)
• Days Off: 2 rotative days
