Your Mission

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be:

The first point of contact and a true brand ambassador for the company;

Assisting users via phone, chat, and email with queries related to their accounts and platform features;

Offering technical support —from basic troubleshooting to network settings;

Ensuring accurate and
- time resolutions ;

Logging interactions and following up with professionalism

What You Bring

Native or advanced Italian (C2)

Solid English skills (B2)

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Experience in customer service (a plus!)

Tech-savvy and
- oriented attitude

What We Offer

Base salary: €1, 000/month

Performance bonus: Up to €100/month

Meal allowance: €7. 23 per day worked

Working hours: Rotational shifts from 07:00 to 21:00 , Monday to Sunday (including holidays)

2 days off per week (rotational)

6-month renewable contract

100% Remote work from anywhere in Portugal
