What you will do in this role
- Be the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist merchants with questions about our products and services
- Optimize processes to increase merchant satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments like Sales and Marketing
- Work within an international, multilingual team
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Italian (C1)
- English proficiency (B2)
- Strong communication skills, approachable, patient,
- oriented - High empathy and customer service focus
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex issues
- Previous customer support experience
- Familiar with omnichannel support tools
- Problem-solving, curious, persistent
- Well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure
- Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and computers
