What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will:
- You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers
- Support our Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Support our merchants with all questions and inquiries about our products and services
- Work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to continually increase merchant satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing
- Be part of an international and multilingual team

- Are fluent in Italian (C1 level), both verbal and written
- Have an advanced level of English (B2)
- Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and
- oriented - Have a high level of empathy: providing excellent,
- friendly service is your top priority - Can manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues
- Have prior experience in customer support
- Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and can work with multiple tools simultaneously
- Have a
- solving mindset, are curious and persistent in resolving issues - Are
- organized and able to stay calm under pressure - Are proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and computers
