We are looking for a customer support agent to join our team at our Lisbon office in Parque das Nações. The agent would be responsible for dealing with our clients from all over the world, including sales advice, technical support, company presentations, etc. The communication is mainly via email and phone calls. Good English skills are required and knowledge in the field of macroeconomics or financial markets are well taken in consideration but not required.

provides accurate information for 232 countries including historical data for more than economic indicators, exchange rates, stock market indexes, government bond yields and commodity prices. We have clients all over the world and more than 3 million visitors a month.
