Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone, Email, Chat).
- Assist clients with
- related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation. - Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure timely
- up and resolution of customer interactions, maintaining client satisfaction. - Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a High School diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a strong
- centric approach. - Consistent work history with demonstrated stability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
- Proven ability to thrive in
- paced environments with strong multitasking abilities. - High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
- Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently.
- Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
- Experience across various industries such as retail, banking, or general customer support is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts and
- time
- site schedules. - Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures, technologies, and customer expectations.
