Responsabilidades chave

As the first point of contact for the Dutch customers, you'll be the friendly voice guiding them through any issues with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, always in a B2B relationship. You'll handle some incoming telephone calls, but your tasks will be mainly in written form. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others and wants to be at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a Hero for EV chargers owners: Respond to inquiries via phone (30%) and via tickets (70%) providing clear, friendly, and effective Kundensupport.
• Solve Technical Puzzles: Perform initial diagnostics and guide customers through troubleshooting steps for basic issues related to charging, connectivity, and more.
• Collaborate and Grow: Escalate complex issues to our expert Tier 2 support team, documenting everything meticulously to help us improve.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest EV technology, from new charger models to firmware updates, and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
• Contribute to a Greener Future: Your work directly supports the growth and reliability of our EV charging network, making a real impact on the environment.

Competências

What We're Looking For:

• Native-Level Dutch: You must be a
  - level/C2 Dutch speaker, with good English skills (B2 level, minimum)
• Availability to work in a Hybrid system with rotational shifts (incluiding weekends, holidays and eventually some night shifts (night shifts from home))
• Technical Aptitude: Experience in a technical support or call center role is a big plus. You should have a basic understanding of technical support, troubleshooting, and be keen to learning more about it. Knowledge of EV charging standards (like Type 2, CCS, or OCPP) is a bonus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical concepts in a simple way that anyone can understand, in both spoken and written german.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You're a natural at figuring things out and love a good challenge.
• Team Player: You're organized,
  - oriented, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Work-Life Balance: This role offers a hybrid work setup, but you must be a resident of the Lisbon area.

Principais Benefícios

What you will get:

• The company offers a highly competitive and comprehensive total compensation package, valued at approximately €1, 600 per month.
• This includes a base salary, along with additional monthly incentives and allowances like language bonus, transportation allowance and meal allowance. After your first 90 days, your package will also include a comprehensive health insurance plan.
• Base salary: 950€/month
• Language bonus: 400€ /month
• Meal allowance: 10, 20€ /day
• Transport allowance: 40€/month
• Health insurance after 90 days
• Schedules:
  
  24/7 rotating schedule, with 3 shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  
  Start: 30-day training and nesting, 100% on site
• Work location: Entrecampos, Lisbon.
  
  After training: Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 at home - night shifts, Sundays, and Portuguese holidays will always be at home due to transportation.
