Overview

Responsibilities

• responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and
  - ups in the CRM system.
• collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• staying updated on
  - 's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

Qualifications

• native or advanced Danish (C2) proficiency;
• intermediate level of English (B2);
• excellent communication skills;

Benefits

• base salary of 1500€/month;
• performance bonus up to 80€/month;
• schedule: Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotative shifts)
• 2 days off: rotative
• working contract: 6 months (renewable);
