Customer Support Assistant
Vertente Humana, a rapidly expanding recruitment, temporary employment, training, and outsourcing company operating in the field of comprehensive human resources management, is recruiting Customer Support Assistants to communicate exclusively in Greek for a prestigious client company.
Duties:
- Make/receive phone calls to confirm and schedule pickups of logistics equipment rented to small and
- sized companies in Greece.
Hours: 7 a. m. to 4 p. m. , Monday to Friday.
Location: Areeiro (Lisbon)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek.
- Good diction and verbal fluency.
- Rigorous and persevering.
- Customer-oriented.
- Computer skills from a user's perspective;
