@HCM Team – The HCM team at Cegid builds, implements and supports cloud HR & payroll solutions that simplify people management and ensure regulatory compliance. The customer service team partners with customers to deliver fast, proactive support and ongoing success, ensuring solutions are adopted effectively and deliver business value.

As a Customer Support Consultant You Will

• Functional support and resolution of incidents related to the payroll process in the Saa
  S model.
• Functional documentation: analysis of changes and assessment of their impact (proactive/corrective maintenance).
• Application of the working methodology defined by the department.
• Support clients in the transition between service modalities.
• Have two years' experience as a technician/functional consultant in Portuguese payroll.
• Have medium/high level of knowledge of payroll procedures, personnel administration processes and Portuguese legislation applicable to payroll (desirable).
• Have advanced level of MS Office (valued).
• Skills: ability to learn, analyse, work in a team, be proactive, plan and organise, be flexible, communicate assertively and be customer‑oriented.
• Spanish conversational skills are valuable and desirable.
