Customer Support - English Market
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week (rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, 06h - 00h)
About The Role
We are looking for passionate and
- oriented professionals to join our team as Operations Customer Experts. In this role, you will provide
- notch support to small and
- sized businesses (SMBs), helping them expand their operations across multiple digital channels. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers via chat, email, and phone, ensuring they receive the best support experience possible.
Responsibilities
- Support SMB clients in
- serve advertising, digital marketing, and
- related inquiries. - Provide both pre and
- sales support, ensuring a smooth customer journey. - Handle customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Assist with troubleshooting and technical support for advertising tools.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) by delivering excellent service.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to
- escalate situations and handle sensitive information. - Team player with a positive and
- oriented mindset. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Valid Portuguese residence permit.
- 15 working days of comprehensive training (8 hours per day, in English).
- Training includes product knowledge, customer management, and
- on practice.
- Competitive base salary.
- Monthly payments include
- rated holiday and Christmas allowances. - Meal allowance provided via a prepaid card for each working day.
- Private health and dental insurance available after contract signing.
- Initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position after two years.
