Role Description
This is a
- time
- site role for a Customer Support Executive. The position is located in Lisbon. The Customer Support Executive will provide excellent customer support and service, manage customer satisfaction, offer online support, and provide technical support. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in French, Italian, or German.
Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support
Technical Support abilities
Excellent communication skills in French, Italian, or German
Strong
- solving skills
Basic technical understanding and proficiency with support software
Ability to work independently in an

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
