Customer Support Expert
We're seeking a highly motivated and
- focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints
- Supporting customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues
- Attracting potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs
- Gathering information from new customers and inserting it into the platform
- Processing and responding to contact requests promptly
- Contributing to creating a commitment to our client's brand
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of French (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- The ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Proactivity,
- motivation, and a great team player
