Your Responsibilities:
As part of our customer support team, you will:
- Deliver exceptional assistance for diabetes care devices via phone, email, chat, and SMS
- Provide technical troubleshooting with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, renewals, and documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate across multiple European markets
What They're Looking For:
- Fluency in German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
- Ability to support multiple markets effectively
- Prior experience in technical support or healthcare is a plus
- Familiarity with diabetes or medical technology is highly valued
- Excellent communication,
- solving, and organizational skills - Resilient under pressure with strong attention to detail
What They Offer:
Initial 6-month contract (renewable)
24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (2 rotating days off)
Monthly salary: €1, 100 x14 or €1, 283 x12 (you choose)
€400 complexity bonus (11 months/year)
€7. 63 net meal allowance per working day
Optional health insurance upon monthly payment
