Join our customer support team at one of the world’s leading global retailers, and make a difference every day by delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Guide clients through their queries, providing clear and relevant answers with a warm and professional approach.
2. Assist clients via inbound and/or outbound calls regarding their savings goals.
3. Present and promote new contract options using upselling skills that align with the client's best interests.

Skills

• Fluency in French, spoken and written.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Preferably previous experience in a call center.
• High school diploma or higher education degree.

Benefits

What do we offer?

• Base salary of €880/month.
• Performance bonus up to €140/month.
• Meal allowance of €7. 23 per day.
• Transport allowance: €20/month.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (rotational shifts).
• Two days off: Saturday and Sunday.
• Working contract: 6 months (renewable).

Location

Braga, with 1 month of work from home (WFH).
