What you'll do:

• Provide
  
  
  - site support
  
  to users and equipment (Lisbon-based);
  
  
  
  
• Diagnoseand
  
  resolve workstation and network issues
  
  ;
  
  
  
  
• Manage and maintain
  
  Windows Server and Active Directory
  
  environments;
  
  
  
  
• Prepare and configure
  
  new computers for end users
  
  (high stock volume and regular equipment rotation);
  
  
  
  
• Handle
  
  warranty equipment
  
  (mainly
  
  HP
  
  ) and liaise directly with manufacturers;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure
  
  timely task execution
  
  and maintain smooth

  - day operations in a
  
  dynamic environment

What we're looking for:

• CCNA certification (mandatory)
  
  ;
  
  
  
  
• Previousexperience in
  
  Technical Support, Networking, or IT Infrastructure
  
  roles;
  
  
  
  
• Solid knowledge of
  
  Windows Server, Active Directory, and hardware management
  
  ;
  
  
  
  
• Proactive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of responsibility;
  
  
  
  
• Availability to work
