Customer Support - French And English (M/F/X)
Are you fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English?
We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading
- based development platform with millions of users worldwide. If you're passionate about helping businesses, bloggers, and creatives build their websites, grow their brands, and succeed online, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone;
- Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions;
- Educate users on the platform's features and help them optimize their websites;
- Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues;
- Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support;
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Skills
- Native or advanced proficiency in French (C2);
- Intermediate level of English (B2);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in customer service is a plus;
Benefits
- Base salary of 895€/month;
- Performance bonus up to 90€/month;
- Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day worked;
- Working contract: 6 months (renewable);
- Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotative shifts)
