responsabilidades chave

in this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers through various channels, including incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media;

you will serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry, responding quickly and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and comments;

building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication;

providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with the solutions offered while adhering to company policies and procedures;

offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup, verification,
- in problems, financial matters, and general platform navigation, as well as resolving any technical issues;

offering feedback and to optimize internal processes for a better customer experience;

competências

fluency in both French;

preferably previous working experience in a call center;

high school diploma or a higher education degree;

principais benefícios

base salary of 895€/month;

meal Allowance of 7. 23€ per day;

working contract: 6 months (renewable);

welcome bonus of 3000€ paid in 4 equal parcels;

monday to sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 - rotative shifts

days off: 2 days (rotative)
