We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading insurance company. If you love helping people and ensuring their peace of mind, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products.
2. Answer questions about coverage, assist with policy cancellations, and help insurance brokers direct their inquiries.

Competencies

1. Native or advanced French (C2) proficiency.
2. Intermediate level of English (B2).
3. Friendly and professional demeanor.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
6. A first experience in customer service is a plus.

Main Benefits

What do we have for you?

• Base salary of 895€/month.
• Complexity bonus of 50€/month.
• Performance bonus up to 100€/month.
• Meal allowance of 7, 23€ per day worked.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
• Days off: weekends.
• Working contract: 6 months (renewable).
