Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice of one of France’s top telecom brands!

You will:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support with subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting
• Offer clear and personalized solutions for every customer
• Deliver an excellent service experience while representing a global brand

What We're Looking For

• French: Native or C2 level (no accent preferred)
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• No previous experience required — we will train you!
• Team spirit and willingness to grow in a multicultural environment

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• On-site in our Porto office

What We Offer

• Base Salary: 930 €/month (x14)
• Performance Bonus: 100 €/month (first 3 months), then based on results
• Meal Allowance: 9 €/day
• Private Health Insurance (after 4 months)
• Transportation reimbursement up to 40 €/month
