Are you a French speaker ready to start your international career in the vibrant city of Porto? Were looking for friendly, motivated individuals to support Bouygues Telecom customers with care and professionalism.

As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be the voice of one of Frances top telecom brands

You will:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat

• Provide support with subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting

• Offer clear and personalized solutions for every customer

• Deliver an excellent service experience while representing a global brand

• French: Native or C2 level (no accent preferred)

• Positive attitude and great communication skills

• No previous experience required well train you

• Team spirit and willingness to grow in a multicultural environment

• Monday to Saturday Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM

• On-site in our Porto office

• Base Salary: 930/month (x14)

• Performance Bonus: 100/month (first 3 months), then based on results

• Meal Allowance: 9/day

• Private Health Insurance (after 4 months)

• Transportation reimbursement up to 40/month
