Customer Support - GE - EN (M/F/X)

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
- Educate users on the platform's features and help them optimize their websites.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with new features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
Skills
- Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;
- Intermediate English (B2);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service experience is a plus;
Benefits
- Base salary of 1100€/month;
- Performance bonus up to 180€/month;
- Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day worked;
- 6-month renewable contract;
- Work from home with rotational shifts from Sunday to Friday, 05:00 to 20:00.
- We cover Uber costs up to 25. 00€ for commuting.
