Key Responsibilities

• Customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
• Support our merchants with questions and inquiries about our products and services.
• Work on optimizing processes related to our customers to increase merchant satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales and Marketing.

Required Skills

• Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory)
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with a passion for the economy sector
• Availability to work at our Porto office

Benefits

• Base salary: €1100
• SA: €7. 63/day
• Skill Adder: €50
• Health Insurance
• Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00-19:00 (rotating shifts, with potential extension to 21:00)
• Days off: 2 days (rotating)
• Location: On-site in Porto
