As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance through channels such as chat, voice, and email, to ensure and enhance a strong relationship between the company and its users. You will work towards meeting performance goals across all operations and fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence, including high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.
• Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
• Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on emerging issues and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Skills

• Proficient in Dutch
• English B2 level
• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)

Benefits

What do we offer?

• Base salary of 1100€/month
• Performance bonus up to 80€/month
• Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday
• Working contract: 6 months, renewable
