Job Description:

- Back-office tasks with occasional outbound
- Handle customer inquiries regarding payments, refunds, VAT adjustments, invoice amendments, credit/debit memos, and reconciliation with care and
- Provide assistance to Sales, Sales Support, and Order Management daily, ensuring smooth operations, addressing customer inquiries, and managing escalations across all payment methods
You need:
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 - native level)- Proficiency in English - (min. B2 level)- Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills, and very good accuracy and attention
