As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance through various channels such as chat, voice, and email to guarantee and improve a strong relationship between the company and its users. You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, including high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.

Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.

Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.

Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.

Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Provide feedback on emerging issues and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in French;

English B2 level;

Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);

Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Benefits

What do we have for you?

• Base salary of 880€/month;

- Performance bonus up to 80€/month

- Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day;

- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 rotating shifts

Days off: 2 rotating days

- Working contract: 6 months (renewable)
