We’re Hiring – Customer Support in German (M/F/X) | Remote

Do you speak fluent German and have a passion for helping people?

Join a leading company in the Automotive sector as a Customer Support Agent!

This is a fully remote position, where you'll be the bridge between the company and its users, providing support across chat, voice, and email to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Update CRM systems with relevant case information
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers
• Promote customer retention through excellent service
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times
• Collaborate with team members and management
• Identify areas for improvement and share feedback on recurring issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German speaker (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle different types of interactions
• Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7 schedule)
• No previous experience required — just motivation and willingness to learn!

What We Offer:

• Direct contract with the client
• Base salary: 1, 100€ / month
• Performance bonus: up to 80€ / month
• Meal allowance: 7. 23€ per working day

Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (Rotative Shifts)

Days off: 2 rotative days per week
