**Customer Support with German (B2) - Lisbon - Office****Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00****About the project**:You will support German-speaking clients of a medical technology company, with a focus in orthopedics. The company was founded in 1995. It is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware and is listed on the NYSE. The company has over 5, 000 employees operating at 12 sites around the world**What you will be doing**:
- Receive and distribute incoming customer
- Ensure record accuracy by maintaining data
- Handle order management from entry to delivery and resolve complex customer billing
- Collaborate and coordinate

- Follows up on internal holds pertaining to credits processed on behalf of customers. - Intimately understand proper case handling process and can identify different business unit responsibilities. **Requirements**:
- Communicative German (must be B2)- Communicative level of English language (B2)- ** 2 years of previous experience is required****What we offer**:
- Temporary employment contract of Initial duration of 12 months (Option to extend for another 12 months)- Working hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00- Monthly Base Salary of 1, 624. 00- Holiday and Christmas bonus - 2 extra month salaries per
