We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading insurance company. If you love helping people and ensuring their peace of mind, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products.
• Answer questions about coverage, assist with policy cancellations, and help insurance brokers direct their inquiries.

Required Skills

• Native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency.
• Intermediate level of English (B2).
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• First experience in customer service is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary of 1000€/month.
• Performance bonus up to 100€/month.
• Meal allowance of 7, 23€ per day worked.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
• Days off: weekends.
• Working contract: 6 months (renewable).
