Customer Support in Italian (M/F/X)

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer support team for a leading insurance company. If you love helping people and ensuring their peace of mind, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products.
- Answer questions about coverage, assist with policy cancellations, and help insurance brokers direct their inquiries.
Required Skills
- Native or advanced Italian (C2) proficiency.
- Intermediate level of English (B2).
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- First experience in customer service is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of 1000€/month.
- Performance bonus up to 100€/month.
- Meal allowance of 7, 23€ per day worked.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Days off: weekends.
- Working contract: 6 months (renewable).
