? Position: Customer Support in Italian (M/F/X)

? Location: Remote – Portugal

? Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Support customers with technical issues related to
  - network, internet, and Sunrise TV
• Provide excellent customer service to foster
  - term loyalty
• Advise customers on Sunrise’s services and offers
• Drive added value for customers, especially in
  - related interactions
• Communicate effectively, maintaining both quality and performance standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong customer orientation and commitment
• Sales experience is a strong advantage
• Flexibility and
  - resilience
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent and precise working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality

Salary & Benefits

• Permanent contract with a 180 days probation period
• Base Salary: €900/month (x14 payments)
• Language Bonus: €150 for English Language + €100 for Italian Language (x13)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €360/month (x12)
• Flex work allowance: 60€/month (x11)
• Meal Allowance: €9. 60 per working day (x12)
• Private Health Insurance starting from the 3rd month
