• Deliver customer support via calls, emails, and chat.
• Handle information and sales inquiries, as well as complaints.
• Manage sensitive customer cases, including those escalated by regulatory bodies.
• Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations.
• Support
  - office operations: ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide
  - time, accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering memorable, positive experiences.
• Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.

competências

• Fluency in Spanish (C2) and French (B2);
• Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and teamwork skills;
• Previous experience in customer service is an asset;

principais benefícios

• Base salary of €870/month;
• Complexity bonus of €80/month;
• Meal allowance: €7. 23/day;
• Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 21:00
  
  Days Off - 2 Rotative days
