- Deliver customer support via calls, emails, and chat.
- Handle information and sales inquiries, as well as complaints.
- Manage sensitive customer cases, including those escalated by regulatory bodies.
- Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations.
- Support
- office operations: ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations. - Provide
- time, accurate information to help customers make informed decisions. - Exceed customer expectations by delivering memorable, positive experiences.
- Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.
competências
- Fluency in Spanish (C2) and French (B2);
- Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and teamwork skills;
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset;
principais benefícios
- Base salary of €870/month;
- Complexity bonus of €80/month;
- Meal allowance: €7. 23/day;
- Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 21:00
