Customer Support (Inbound) with Fluency in German
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support professional to join a contact center team. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to travel assistance, providing support and effective solutions to clients. If you have excellent communication and
- solving skills and are fluent in German, this is the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles (preferred)
- Mandatory fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and active listening
- Strong customer orientation and
- solving ability - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Additional Requirements
- Immediate availability
Conditions
Workplace in Lisbon with 3 days per week
- site at the office.
