Key Responsibilities

1. Be the first point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador;
2. Assist viewers through phone, chat, and email regarding different queries;
3. Provide account and application support to viewers, especially regarding software functionality;
4. Provide technical support, troubleshoot system configurations, and network settings;
5. Provide accurate and
   - time responses to viewers' inquiries;
6. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Skills and Qualifications

• Native or advanced proficiency in Italian (C2);
• Intermediate level of English (B2);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary of €1000/month;
• Performance bonus up to €100/month;
• Meal allowance of €7. 23 per day worked;
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), between 7 am and 9 pm (rotational shifts);
• Two days off: rotational;
• Contract duration: 6 months, renewable.
