Job Opportunity: Customer Support Agent (Italian & English)

We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our client's customer support team in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a correct, polite, and friendly reception according to relevant Quality Guidelines and KPIs;
- Offer consumers the most appropriate information and correct solutions aligned with their queries and company procedures;
- Upsell sales whenever possible, matching both company and customer needs;
- Operate and drive continuous improvements in all aspects of operations.
Required Skills
- Native or advanced proficiency in Italian (C2);
- Intermediate level of English (B2);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service experience is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of 1000€/month;
- Performance bonus up to 100€/month;
- Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day worked;
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 7am and 7pm (rotational shifts);
- Days off: Sunday and one rotational day;
- Contract: 6 months (renewable);
- Location: Lisbon.
