As a world leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technologies, the company designs, manufactures, and markets advanced automated insulin delivery systems that simplify diabetes management while offering new possibilities to patients, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to customers in European markets.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for diabetes medical devices and accessories.
• Ensure customer product usage via
  - channel support (calls, emails, chat, SMS).
• Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in accordance with guidelines.
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native Italian speaker (required);
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in a sales environment;
• Ability to manage multiple digital platforms;
• Excellent communication and client management skills;

Benefits

• Base salary of €1, 000/month;
• Variable bonus: €300
• Meal allowance: €7. 23 per workday;
• Monday to Sunday - Days off - 2 rotating days
• Schedules:
• Day Shift Team: Monday to Sunday - 07:00 to 22:00 (Rotative shifts)
• Night Shift Team: Monday to Sunday - 22:00 to 07:00
