Deliver
- contact support by handling customer inquiries and processing requests related to retail banking services. Assist clients with phone banking ID and T-PIN setup, as well as navigating the Postbank mobile app. Communicate exclusively with German-speaking clients, offering clear, friendly, and professional support. What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in customer support or call centers is a plus — but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are key. Minimum of a high school diploma ;



higher education is a plus. What We Offer:

6-month renewable contract with opportunity for
- term growth€1, 100/month base salary
Meal allowance of €7. 63 per working day
Performance bonus up to €100/month

Monday to Saturday, 8:

00 AM – 5:
