We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our client's customer support team for a renowned coffee machine brand.

If you're excited about providing exceptional support and helping customers enjoy their perfect cup of coffee, this is your chance to work both from home and in the office in Braga, all while being part of a team that values innovation and excellence in the world of coffee!

responsabilidades chave

you will be responsible for generating excitement around services and accurately and efficiently solving emerging issues that customers may face;

assist customers over the phone in an interactive and friendly manner;

attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services;

handle inquiries and respond in a timely manner;

manage requests;

competências

native or advanced french (C2) proficiency;

intermediate level of English (B2);

excellent communication skills;

experience in customer service is a plus;

principais benefícios

What do we have for you?

base salary of 880€/month;

performance bonus up to 170€/month;

complexity bonus of 30€/month;

meal allowance of 7, 23€ per day worked;

schedule: monday to saturday, between 7am and 7pm (rotational shifts);

days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day

working contract:6 months (renewable)

Location: Braga (hybrid, 2 days per week on site)
