Responsibilities

1. Be the voice of the company in direct communication with
   - oriented business partners;
2. Manage the German language market;
3. Provide customer support and clarify questions regarding products and services;
4. Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels;
5. Support our merchants with all inquiries about our products and services;
6. Actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, continually improving merchant satisfaction;
7. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing;

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory);
• Proficient in English;
• Strong communication skills and a
  - friendly service focus;
• Tech-savvy and passionate about the economic sector;
• Availability to work
  - site in Porto;

Benefits

• Base salary: €1, 100;
• Meal allowance (SA): €7. 63/day;
• Skill adder: €50;
• Health insurance;
• Welcome bonus: up to €3, 000;
• Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00 (rotative shifts, with potential extension to 21:00);
• Days off: 2 days off (rotative);

Location: On-site in Porto.
