What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish (both written and spoken).
• Good English skills (min. B2 level).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and tech confidence.
• Team spirit, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
