What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support, you will:
- Give customer support by handling customers' issues and inquiries
- Use different platforms and tools
- Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
- Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
Your qualifications
