• Assist customers across various channels to answer their questions on subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting and other topics
• Receive incoming calls from customers and provide guidance and support
• Offer personalized solutions and help customers navigate products or services

Qualifications

• No previous experience required
• French Native or Strong C2
