About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence:
high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- You will respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (e. G. , email, chat, phone), ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems with all relevant details.
- You will build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
- You will enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
- You will maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.
- You will collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize workflows and deliver a superior customer experience.
- You will identify common customer challenges, provide actionable feedback on recurring issues, and proactively suggest areas for improvement in processes or policies.
What We're Looking For
- You should be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and have a strong command of English for internal communication.
- You should have experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
- You should be passionate about travel and hospitality, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of travelers.
- You should be skilled at interpreting and applying company policies, procedures, and service guidelines to assist customers effectively.
- You should be able to work independently, make sound decisions, and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
