Customer Support (Inbound) with Fluency in German
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support professional to join a contact center team. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to travel assistance, providing support and effective solutions to clients. If you have excellent communication and
- solving skills and are fluent in German, this is the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles (preferred);
- Mandatory fluency in German (spoken and written);
- Immediate availability;
- Willingness towork rotating shifts (24/7);
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and active listening;
- Strong customer orientation and
- solving ability;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Conditions:
- Workplace in Lisbon with 3 days per week
- site at the office.
