Core Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions
- Process and document all customer interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Meet quality and performance metrics
- Update customer information in CRM systems
- Follow up on pending customer issues
